Mechanical removal of covering material from hard coverings using abrasive substances. This improves surfaces. Surfaces may change!

Choose the right abrasive material for the floor covering (abrasive paper, mesh, pads, diamond abrasive wheel, etc.).

Preparatory work

Equip and prepare the machine. Fit any suction unit.
Follow the operating instructions.

Remove any loose dirt (mainly coarse-grained dirt).
Sweeping/Vacuum sweeping

Main work involved

Scrub the floor covering one strip at at time with a pad/brush, working in circles. Work your way towards the outlet and cable (jack).

Scrub corners and edges manually or using a machine.
Use the edge cleaning tool/ BrushBoy.

Suck away loose dirt using a dry/brush vacuum cleaner.

Final steps

Check how full the paper filter bag in the suction unit is; if full, fit a new bag.

Check, clean, and remove the cable.

Wipe the machines down with a damp cloth and clean the cleaning materials.
Wash the pad/brush or replace if necessary.
